Each participating team within the Institute is assigned a dedicated coach, carefully matched based on their geographical location and specific needs. These coaches are committed to delivering exceptional support to their teams throughout the summer retreat and beyond. 

Their compensated role involves facilitating the formulation of action plans, connecting teams with relevant technical assistance, and notifying them of valuable learning and professional growth prospects. Furthermore, coaches contribute creative insights, suggestions, and ongoing feedback to enrich the planning and execution process. They also encourage teams to acknowledge achievements, document experiences through photos and narratives, and effectively promote their farm to school endeavors. Above all, coaches serve as guides, prioritizing guidance over direct action—listening, contemplating, assessing, reimagining, and backing the implementation of the action plan.
